okays, back from 100608-120608 class chalet [1].
there will be more of such outings coming up, promise. hahas!please do save up for the coming one in december. kays? hopefully we will have better food, better lodging, more fun activities together and all 1b24-ians will turn up. i will look upon that to happen cos i BELIEVE.

i would like to thank those who turn up on the first night, stayed over on the first night & those who stayed throughout. thank you for making this chalet a success. i felt that more or less this chalet had brought us closer togther. having to eat the finger licking food cooked by terence & others, buttered or honeyed by wesley & wee ping, playing mahjong with the si da tian wang, playing tai di with the KING QUEEN JACK, cycling with the energetic people, night walking with the 'alley cats', squeezing on 2 single bed with only a blanket...etc. this is something we dont usually do as a class. i am glad, touched, happy, honoured to be able to experience that. i hope that you guys enjoyed as much as i do. it might not be what we had in mind but i will try to make it one the next time round.

chinyang: thankyou so much! shopping of food, carrying barangs etc. you played a part in em' all & not complaining in all that was asked to do. thank you for making it possible for us all. && also the remedy though you make it worst,i appreciate it. as long as you understand, no more is needed to be said. i BELIEVE because you taught me to.

edward, roy, myung, hengyue: thank you dudes! thank you for your IC, roy. thank you all for staying a little later & not going for gelare outing. i appreciate that & i am satisfied for that little bit more time spent with the class. i hope you guys will stay over for the next chalet though. at least try? yupps. O.o

eugene: thank you for buying the prawns, waking up early in the morning to help carry the foodie at my place, trying to be enthu even when you're dead tired & more. i know you wanna thank me as well, i knew that.heh! its alright, that's what FRIENDS are for. prawnnie:D

hazziq, yishun, sueann: thank you for rushing down to the chalet after your programme. sueann, thanks for staying over to keep me accompanied, appreciated.[huggs] can tell that you're tortured by me that night. heh. there is more to come. no worries:D

jane & kitson: thank you for helping with the carrying of foodie & also bringing of poker cards to kill time.i hope you guys enjoyed the king, queen, jack game. kitson for keeping my girlfriend accompanied when i am else where. thanks yea. i know i am great & you wanna thank me as well. heh. dont forget, chancey chance chance. jane, thank you for keeping me accompanied in the toilet. we didnt manage to split it, we shall try it again. as well as coming for the second day. xie xie ni men.

KJ: thank you for making this chalet a success. step by step, you went through it with me. confirming of dates,the booking of chalet,collection of money,the finalising of stuffs, the buying of food, the carrying of barangs,the staying overs...many more. i get them in my head & i remember the help you render me. i am glad to have you by me all these while. THANK YOU gor. i wonder what else i can say. i treasure you, our frienship, our bs-hood. that makes up you & me. no words can describe.

Mitch: thank you for helping in the carrying of foodie & buying of foodie as well. sorry for getting you involve in the water gun thinge but i must admit i did it on purpose. hah! i look like a big bully while you look like a mouse running about to avoid getting wet. sorry i enjoy that(:

terence & wee ping & hengyue: thank you for the yummy food man. terence, shiok! i love the prawns, split hot dogs, chicken fillet, chicken wings... most importantly, thank you for standing infront of the fire for so long a time just to bbq for us.thanks! hengyue, thanks for bring the class high with za,sha,whatever way of talking. heh!(:weeping, for lending me a hand when i lost my phone in school. i never forget that. thanks man!(:

hey 1b24! i wanna add on to the previous post and yeah i am really thankful to all of you for all the effort you guys contributed during the three days camp that ended yesterday. i hope u guys have replenish ur energy that were used up during the camp. you guys were so tired on day 2 everyone knocked out at night after the debrefing. haha!

i believe each and everyone of us has learnt smth from the camp and grow as an individual. one thing that i learnt from the camp is that this students are just like everyone, they do love ppl arnd them. after the workshop 2 on the third day, i was very touched by their answers on their sheets of paper. the last thing on their papers are either father or mother. and then i start thinking to myself, so what if they don like to study, they are just like us, we love the ppl arnd us, and last ppl we will give up on in life are their parents. after that session i broke down. thanks to yishun, hengyue, weisheng and wesley, i am ok just very overwhelmed by the whole camp.

i would like to thank each and everyone of u individually for making this camp possible and fun! haha!

to dawn: you came to me on the first day and said that u wanted to go home. personally i feel that way too but i am grateful and i applaud u for being brave and endured throughout the three days of camp. i know it was hard but hey, u can be proud that u have survived the entire camp. you've stayed calm throughout the camp although i know it was like the last straw and u wanted to shout at them. rest well after the camp alright? :D thanks for the kingdom fun throughout the camp too! :D

to jane: you've got the hardest grp among us all and whoa... i am surprised that you didn't blow up but kept on being steady with your grp members. and no u are not using me :P you've withstand all ur grp's nonsense throughout the three days and did your best with facilitating the grp :) grp cheer.. haha! you and yishun were shouting ur lungs out la! haha! :D rest well alrighT? :D thanks for being understanding too :)

to yishun: haha! you were afraid of the guys in ur grp.. and i am not surprised by that :) ur grp was the hardest to manage too and wokring with jane, you've managed to make everything work for the grp and the camp. you've raised your voice on them once in a while when they are drifting arnd but hey it works :D so now i know how fierce you can be.. haha! :D sorry for having to withstand to horrible singing of mine while walking down from North view of bukit timah! :O don tell anyone.. only we know.. haha!

to cheekit: hey cheekit! you seem like a very quiet guy in class but whoa.. welcome to the party man! haha! 'peeking through the window what do ppl see? if you wanna see xiang jiao do it properly!' haha1 i like the song :D haha! you came prepared for the camp with all the songs on that list and yup, the songs are really entertaining! right dawn? ;) so now,after the camp, we know who cheekit is.. haha! you are a great guy i believe the students have learnt a lot from you! :D great role model!

to weisheng: like what the ICs said, you were sick on day 1 but you still did the work they've assigned u to do and i applaud your determination to finish the work :D we really appreciate all the hardwork you put in in preparing our food, our source of energy throughout the three days! thank you weisheng! :P

to hengyue: i believe your camera has tons of pictures of i-dont-know-what ;) haha! during obstacle course, i've seen a different hengyue. you were a very encouraging facil towards the students and to us and yup because of that i believe we all managed to complete all the obstacles competitively and safely too.. haha! :D and yes thanks for the last food item ah.. LOL! even though my grp gave like attitude to the games, u made them interested and they completed everything :D and they were like so not interested b4 u and the guys came in and made them competitive. haha! had great fun in the camp with u arnd! :D

to roy: hey tarzen! you shouted like tarzen during the flying fox real loudly and everyone knows it was you! haha! they were saying some guy was screaming like tarzen and then i pointed to u.. haha! :P i admire you for being calm with students and relate to them really well.. i believe you've became a good role model to boon keng.. haha! he's a charming boy and whoa.. good boy really.. potential leader.. :) i miss that time when we both zhao tgt because of smth.. ;) 1, 2, 3, zhao! haha! the video that u made is really nice and touching for all of us. memories of the camp are stored in that video you made. :D and no, the singing during nature walk was ok lor... haha! :D the photos you took were great and i am glad u went on the flying fox! :D

to myung soo: i think u were not interested of the camp at first but as it goes along, you begin to have fun with all of us and made for us the mysterious food item.. good job... haha! standing up at the flying fox tower, haha! 'no batt! no batt!' haha!! :D:D you've conquered your fear of height man!!! good job! proud of you! and with a camera in one hand and u've conquered ur fear of height, really pei fu! :D thanks for the awesome photos you took at the camp! helping out with logistics for the games... thanks a lot man! :)

to edward: hope you've recovered from your sore throat you got from the camp! :D u know you have a bad throat but still ate the M&Ms.. tsk tsk tsk man.. lol.. like myung soo, you had the fear of heights but whoa i am glad you and him took up the challenge and overcame your fear once and for all :D thanks for assisting in cheekit's and dawn's grp in the activities and eventually winning the overall champ! :D get well soon man! :)

to chin yang: u've became a big brother to the boys to me.. you are like the only one able to handle the two of them.. haha! although u talked like them but u've shown control over them and in turn they respected you back :) that i applaud you. during obstacle course you were there to keep the team gg for the game and did everything to help them finish the courses! :D thanks for assisting dawn's and cheekit's team too! had great fun with you during camp.. and eh i think i am the only who thinks you are 'emoing' right? haha! ps ah.. that means i am wrong too :P

to haziq: congrats on becoming officially 'gay' on first day of camp... LOL! haha! you mentioned during first debreifing that they were like your friends and i am glad you managed to relate to them really easily and they look up to you like their big brother. thanks for sharing your thoughts that night and well, don think too much alright? :) get ur guitar out and start playing ok? :D and i apologise on their behalf for involving you in the pillow fight.. haha! i asked them to.. LOL!! :D

to weiliang: u seem quiet during the camp but u showed certain control over the students by raising your voice when u are irritated by them. thanks for the photos took when roy wasn't arnd.. haha! hope you had fun at the camp! :D

to kitson: logi head but i don see u working la.. tsk tsk tsk.. haha! jkjk.. hey man.. thanks for encouraging the students during obstacle course and yup make them more determined in completing the courses.. haha! and yup, i think u are now confused by what is true and what is teasing like on day 2 night, i asked u to go down too just in case, and u thought i am teasing.. haha! thanks for taking my nonsense with jane that night when i was trying to finish writing the cards.. haha! jane was trying to make me relaxed too.. :D thanks for assisiting jane's and yishun's team and narrating the play for the grp.. LOL! :D 'don join gangs' neat one.. haha! glad u had fun during the camp man!

to wesley: hey fellow facil! lots to say abt you. but ultimately, thanks for being my fellow facil when i couldn't make decisions and stuff.. now u know i am a very indecisive person.. lol.. i've see different sides of u after being a partner with you... haha! u were vey exhausted after the second day of camp and slept throughout the night.. althought there wasn't enough time to write the cards yourself, u insisted to write during workshop 2... thanks for the short nap during that hour too.. if i ever made things difficult for you during camp, i apologise for that but really thank you :D father abraham with you was great! haha!! :)

i am just sad that not the entire class can join us for the camp.. nex time alright? :D to 1b24, i believe you guys are the winners of the camp, being able to endure the three days with the students and able to learn a lot from the students and the camp itself. i hope it was as enriching to u as it was to me :D love you guys!
